AI Pet Care Terms of Use

By downloading or using the AI Pet Care application ("the App"), you agree to these terms of service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App. These Terms govern your access to and use of the App, and any content, products, or services made available through the App.

1. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the App and its content, including but not limited to the software, text, graphics, photos, and sounds, belong to Tech Singularity. You agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App in any manner, and you shall not exploit the App in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

2. Updates and Modifications

Tech Singularity reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. We may also, at any time, provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the App. You agree that we have no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the App to you.

3. Personal Data and Privacy

‍The AI Pet Care app does not collect, store, or process personal data. No data is stored externally. Nevertheless, it’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains our stance on data privacy.

4. Limitations of Responsibility

‍You should be aware that there are certain things that Tech Singularity will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Tech Singularity cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi and you don’t have any of your data allowance left. Tech Singularity accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app.

5. Usage Charges

‍If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app. You accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming.

‍6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

‍These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Australia. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

‍We may terminate your access to and use of the App, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you, for any reason, including but not limited to if you have violated these Terms. Upon termination of your access, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
